Job Summary:

Theater actor and more to help the players get through a true detective story full of secrets, codes, and virtual currencies in a high-tech puzzle game. As a team-building facilitator, an ideal candidate needs to be an actor and an energetic public speaker (the average size of our community is 25-50 players). As a moderator, you must work to ensure that great guest interaction is at the core of your operation and strive to improve all levels of performance, customer service, environment and product delivery. It's a client-facing role that requires working directly with clients, offering timely and precise guidance to keep the game going in an accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that you execute the shows as stipulated in the scripts and that any deviation is agreed to by the Performance Manager. Ensure that the name Dungeon is retained during your shows.
Respond to changes in the level of business in a constructive manner to preserve the flow and speed of the visitor as instructed.
Under the leadership of the Performance Director, you can explore and develop new concepts, themes and characters in theatrical performances; attend seminars to develop new ideas and themes.
Responsibility to ensure compliance for health, safety and security at the workplace and in accordance with the policy of the Company (HS001).
Meet our guests and lead them into the world of Secret Agents, World Espionage Net, 007 Hight-Tech Gadgets, Fun, Creativity, and Laughter.
Host and encourage fun team building events at our SF Financial District Secret Location-almost always with one or more co-hosts.
Travel to activity locations, if needed.
Conduct activity scheduling, test and keep all props and materials.
Provide assistance by timely tips.
Run post-event debriefings focused on team dynamics and communication.
Ensure guests leave with a good and satisfying experience
Reset the game after a party
Maintaining clean control rooms and game rooms along with the facility as a whole.

Job Details:

Commitment: 15-25 hours / week Part-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., very rarely on weekends) Compensation: $18-20 an hour (based on experience) with an opportunity to increase

Strength:

Actor qualified. Clear, athletic performer with strong characterisation skills.
A number of hours, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays and special events, must be versatile and able to work. Total of three (3) days of open availability, including week-end availability (one (1) Saturday or Sunday per week).
Enthusiasm and positive interpersonal style
Experience activity facilitation and confidence interacting with large groups
Good Interpersonal skills to interact with people from a variety of roles and industries
Confidence and relaxed appearance in hectic / busy event settings
Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
