Job Summary:
- The Admin Assistant may support the director with various tasks and duties on a daily basis, including but not limited to The following: Managing various projects Creating and Maintaining all filing systems, including digital and paper records.
- Responding phones and emails, checking badges, delivering Customer Service Complete a range of process maintenance tasks, including registration, data management and data correction.
- Must be in a position to handle last minute tasks
- Maintains workflow by researching methodologies; introducing cost reductions; and establishing monitoring procedures.
- Resolve organizational challenges by organizing the preparation of documents, analyzing data and finding solutions. Many responsibilities related to the director
Qualifications required:
- Must be flexible and have some experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task with a keen attention to detail and follow-up
- Self-Starter with strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor in handling all aspects of business
- Ability to work with minimal hands-on supervision
- Experience with Flooring Companies is preferred, but not required.
- High school and general education (GED)
- 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial and administrative experience Professional computer knowledge, like Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Word Press
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with routine changing demands
- High degree of attention to detail
- Data entry experience
- Knowledge of general office equipment
