Job Summary:
Provide positive input and useful assistance throughout the entire customer experience to ensure that each guest is happy and provides a final product that is customized to make them look good, work well and feel right. Opportunity to assist in the sales process by accepting, communicating with, and responding to, any particular requests they may have. In addition, extensive knowledge of alterations and passion to provide excellent service to our customers by expertly marking, modifying and pressing the clothes they select.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper fit of clothes
- Answer customer queries
- Label garments for tailoring
- Press garments
- Maintain an open dialog with management
- Assist other team members
- Help keep the tailor shop clean and organized
- Ensure that customers are properly sized
- Give new wardrobe collection ideas
- Formal training for tailoring preferred
- Experience as a tailor for men's clothing highly preferred
- Good technical skills
- Good knowledge of different types of sewing equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Team attitude and enthusiasm
- Proficiency in all basic and advanced changes of men's tailored clothing.
