Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customers receive timely, effective and courteous service as needed
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take full ownership of any complaints, advise on any serious issues
- Resolving arbitration / mediation differences in a courteous and distinct manner
- Ensure that customers are aware of all relevant regulations and that they are communicated in an appropriate and intelligible manner.
- Researching and suggesting alternatives and approaches (e.g. electrical repairs, logistics costs, etc.)
- Effective and reliable management of all interactions with buyers and sellers.
- Coordinating post-auction processes
- Coordinating and facilitating all logistics with third party vehicle inspections while keeping all records up to date
- Ensuring that all directives, schedules and bulletins are followed-through
- Keeping teams up to date on all steps, communicating as required
- Researching and recommending new client services and management procedures
Qualifications:
- College Degree in related field or applicable previous experience
- Outstanding relationship building and communication skills, both by telephone and on - the-job
- Good knowledge of customer service, arbitration and mediation procedures Software expertise
- Previous mechanical and car-auction experience is highly desired
- Positive, technical and diplomatic manner
- Ability to set a good example, work minimal supervision and prioritize flexibly
