Responsibilities:
- Be passionate about Nike's products and services.
- Demonstrate excitement and eagerness to learn the basics of all Athlete roles shop, including but not limited to Service, Visual Presentation and Storage.
- Provide the best possible product and consideration to all customers.
- Support the manager in the execution of all day-to-day retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth operation of the store.
- Build positive relationships with clients and co-workers.
- Be an active member of the store community by attending and supporting store activities.
- Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work in a variety of hours and days to meet the needs of the company.
- Maintain knowledge of different store departments and be available to run cash registers for daily purchases, conduct shipping and receiving duties, store floors, perform cleaning tasks and, where appropriate, create visual displays.
- The ability to perform basic math operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- The ability to communicate efficiently in verbal and written English
- Physical requirements include the ability to twist, move, crawl, reach, climb the ladder and stand for extended periods of time
- The ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced manner
