Job Summary:
The role of the Service Technician is the main function of the Department of Case Financial Services. Such people are the face of the Case Financial Company and, as such, are responsible for maintaining a high level of quality, professionalism and professional presence in their field duties. Service technicians are responsible for a variety of tasks, with their main function being living equipment installation / bringing, on-site servicing, technical support and customer training. ATM Technicians must mount and operate NCR, Hyosung, Diebold and Triton computers.

Service technicians are responsible for a variety of tasks, with their main function being living equipment installation / bringing, on-site servicing, technical support and customer training. ATM Technicians must mount and operate NCR, Hyosung, Diebold and Triton computers.
Responsibilities:
- Set up a wide variety of ATMs and TCRs.
- Testing and commissioning, troubleshooting complex issues and engaging with customers to resolve issues.
- Gathering of machinery, parts and materials for repairs or construction tasks.
- Maintaining proper stock of parts in the vehicle for service calls.
- Transferring parts securely between inventories and warehouses.
- Diagnostic or repair equipment malfunctions.
- Provide support for phone technology when necessary.
- Make a call to the customer before making a call to the company to try and ease concerns over the line.
- Document correct time and material logs used through our Remote Tech phone app.
- Maintaining and repairing all equipment systems in compliance with OEM requirements and industrially approved alternatives.
- Work with clients on-site to ensure they are satisfied with the outcome of your repair / maintenance activities.
- Plan ahead to reduce on-site time and avoid multiple trips.
- Work in leadership capacity when on-site with younger or less experienced employees.
- Keep up to date with all insurance, licensing and educational regulations when they relate to your obligations (i.e., class A, B, C, D driver licenses, low voltage permits, etc.).
- Train customers to use any newly installed equipment when necessary.
- Keep Service Dispatch Manager aware of any changes to the plans or issues that arise during implementation.
- Using automatize / Remote Tech, Enterprise, and any other project management / workflow software systems to monitor your work, schedule, mileage, and other activities.
- To manage service calls, work closely with the Service Dispatch Manager.
- Switch on the After-Hours Emergency Response loop.
- Perform additional functions related to the duties of the service technician.
- Certain roles as specified.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or other equivalent
- Three years of product installations or 5 years of other related experience
- Good organizational and social skills
- Proven history of punctuality
- Advanced electrical & mechanical skills
- Flexible schedule
- Team-oriented behavior
- Ability to work under stress
- Systems-oriented thinker
- Networking & technology expertise is a plus.
