Job Summary:
Auto body repairers rebuild, refinish and remove car bodies and frames. We check vehicle frames for structural damage and evaluate the repair-ability of damaged parts such as windshields, windows, tires and car bodies. They mainly work indoors in car shops and garages, and this can be physically demanding.

Auto body repairers rebuild, refinish and remove car bodies and frames. We check vehicle frames for structural damage and evaluate the repair-ability of damaged parts such as windshields, windows, tires and car bodies. They mainly work indoors in car shops and garages, and this can be physically demanding.
Responsibilities:
- Examine damaged vehicles and calculate repair costs
- Remove upholstery, fixtures, electrical and hydraulic window-and-seat-operating equipment and trim for access to vehicle body and fender
- Body filler Replace damaged fenders and panels
- Bolt or weld replacement parts in position using clamps or welding equipment
- Straighten bent vehicle frames Print, grind and sand patched surfaces
- Finish repaired surface, headlights, aligning wheels and hydraulic bleed brake system
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in the Body Shop strongly preferred.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team setting.
- Great problem-the skills needed to solve it.
- It must be focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- It must have a high level of energy, excellent organizational skills, good product awareness and be consistent in producing great results.
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time, have good vision, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be able to walk long distances.
- Valid State Driver License
