Job Summary:

The primary role of Auditor II is to fulfill various audit responsibilities in the lead or support position. Audit implementation includes the scoping, scheduling, screening, detection and disclosure of problems. Auditor II may focus primarily on business processes, IT or SOX areas. Written and verbal communication, time management and customer service are important. Although the audit execution system has a specified structure, each audit and process holder is different, so the ability to respond appropriately to a variety of situations and environments is essential. The Auditor II is engaged in various projects in support of the enhancement of the corporate audit process and direct demands.

Responsibilities:

Conduct departmental guidance audits (including IIA standards) to evaluate and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, verify compliance with corporate procedures and resolve potential risks The strategy, range, implementation and execution of tasks required to complete audits as specified in the lead or supporting auditor roles
Develop and analyze audit concerns and/or deficiencies using a risk-based approach Contact process management to review audit results and collaborate on management action plans
Works with audit clients to develop practical and value-added approaches to resolve identified issues.
Coordinate business process review testing with SOX Testing to improve efficiency
Conduct remediation monitoring and monitoring
Perform system analysis and provide advisory services as required by clients
Build relationships with primary contacts for Focus Areas to facilitate communication and information sharing.
Share process expertise and main training with other audit personnel (trainer / mentor)
Contribute to departmental projects and programs
Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes and support corporate strategy
Maintain processes and procedures for the production of reliable and timely financial statements and related financial reports.
Advise the Area Controller on issues of financial interest to the company.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting sets.
Assist in the production of local KPIs and other related market indicators and evaluation.

Understanding of Eastman business processes (including financial and/or IT)
Solid time management, planning, analytical skills and problem-solving. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
COSO, COBIT, IIA Standards will be developed for audit
SAP expertise will be developed for audit
GRC (software for governance, risk and compliance) will be developed for audit

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is Essential Business Administration with a degree in Accounting Computer Science, IT Other areas that provide scope for the CAS community (Engineering, Supply Chain, Human Resources)
Advanced Degree Preferred MBA or MACC
To new employees, audit experience is preferred.
