Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the stock of the supplies of the bakery.
- Predicted use based on set pars using a product mix.
- Create baked goods of quality.
- Ensure that all safety codes are complied with.
- Ensure the equipment and materials are properly handled.
- Check the quality / quantity of the products provided by the bakery.
- Table Mountain Casino is a twenty-four-hour business that never closes. Team members are expected to work on holidays and weekends.
- Provide prompt, curt guest service at all times following the standards of the casino's guest service.
- Participate in and endorse the education of all guest services.

- Carry out other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Two (2) years of cooking experience required.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have basic math skills
- Must have intermediate product knowledge including temperature knowledge, chemical reactions and bakery products
- Good customer service skills to support baked goods shop
- A POSITIVE ATTITUDE is important!
- Ability to operate kitchen / bakery equipment, read and understand departmental baking specifications and recipes.
- Food safety experience and knowledge (preferred certification of ServSafe & HACCP).
- High school diploma or equivalent required unless waived by the Executive Management Board.
