Responsibilities:
- Act as a contact between 2,500 + agents and more than 30 different publications
- Organize consumer marketing packages
- Buy space and position customer & corporate advertisements
- Manage monthly billing to agents and maintain properties in good financial standing with outside vendors / publications
- Perform daily / monthly activities in the project management process for graphic designers
- Proof of weekly ads and coordinates sending monthly ads to our external proofing contact
- Keep up with advertising specials and communicate pricing / dates to agents – light sales may involve.
- Assisting Corporate Branding Manager with daily miscellaneous tasks, including but not limited to: keeping branding ads organized and filed, paying invoices, maintaining advertising library, sending out miscellaneous ads
- Negotiations and advertising agreements Gaming Corporation.
- Reviews and records all invoices, works with the Accounting Department for requisitions, payroll and payment problems and maintains an appropriate tracking system.
- Ensures that all marketing materials, including reproduction prints, sponsors, websites and photos, comply with company standards.
- Advertise all promotional activities and events in local media to ensure maximum visibility to the public to generate interest and revenue.
- Develops internal and external networks and mechanisms of communication.
- Provides analytical experience to analyze positive media campaigns and to make any necessary modifications.
Qualification:
- Role Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Adobe InDesign is a bonus.
- Must be willing to take the lead in a fast-paced environment, be time-consuming and thorough, and be able to work with all personalities via phone and email.
- It should have an understanding of print output and the general production process.
- Work collaboratively and report directly to the Corporate Branding Director
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are a must Education / Experience
- 4-year college degree
- 1-3 years of desired experience
Abilities & Skills:
- Knowledge of Gaming Enterprise's operations, organization, and policies and procedures.
- Awareness of advertising, public relations, promotion and marketing concepts and practices in a guest service-oriented setting.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, processes and tools available.
- Knowledge of the principles of advertising and media production, methods, techniques, procedures, facilities and equipment.
- Understanding of requirements and processes for guest services.
- Awareness of market data and demographic data.
- Ability to oversee and train team members, including planning, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.
- Capacity to evaluate and analyze information and to draw conclusions.
- Capacity to develop and maintain record-keeping systems and procedures.
- Ability to communicate easily both orally and in writing in English.
- Ability to provide excellent guest service at all times.
- Capacity to read a number of commands in both written and oral form.
- Ability to promote a collaborative working environment.
- Capacity to solve practical problems and to deal with a number of different variables in circumstances where standardization is minimal.
