Job Summary:
Marketing Manager will work directly with the Brand Director and will act as the internal subject matter specialist responsible for brand advertising strategy, scheduling, development and implementation of innovative ads. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the strategy development and implementation of brand advertising campaigns across a variety of media including traditional channels (TV, radio, etc.) and new digital platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring that advertising plans align with the overall marketing strategy and deliver on company and brand objectives. This place shall also include Management of existing members of the Agency. This main team member should be a high-energy, data-driven self-starter with the ability to come up with big ideas and drive change across the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Brand, Advertising, PR, Social Media, Creative, Demand Generation and Analytics teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Develop brand advertising strategy that drives innovation and impact by incorporating new and traditional creative approaches in a unique ways.
- Evaluate research, develop perspectives and craft advertising strategies and tactics to address business objectives
- Partner with analytics team to develop, monitor and analyze KPIs to determine the performance and optimization of brand advertising campaigns.
- Support product marketing strategy, implementation and maintenance; monitor company authorizations and review plans.
- Monitor advertising campaign budgets, including quarterly analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with other marketing and brand team members to ensure alignment across platforms and promotions
- Develop a strong digital awareness of the competitive K-12 school sector both nationally and locally
- Stay up-to-date with advertising and media developments and identify areas of opportunity + Develop strong agency partners and supplier partnerships
- Impact of business partners on ads Approach through succinct, data-driven presentations.
- Track, benchmark and report on key performance indicators
- Foster an environment of motivation, inspiration, curiosity and passion for work.
- Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience
- Prior management of major digital advertising campaigns and budgets; proven history in TV scheduling and procurement a must
- Proven communication, presentation and persuasion skills
- Proven organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects based on business-critical needs
- Experience writing advertisement and creative reports and collaborating with marketing strategies and company partners
- Experience developing media advertising campaigns (national and local) including television, radio, print, out-of-home, online and mobile
- Good digital advertising and connected-TV experience
- At least 3 years of experience in the ownership and management of national and local integrated advertising campaigns and budgets
- At least 1 year of experience in managing advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 brands
