Job Summary:

Administratively accountable to the Chief Pilot and technically responsible to the pilot in command of the assigned plane. This position requires successful candidates to work as crew members in a crew environment.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the aircraft are handled in full compliance with policies, procedures, legislation and health guidelines.
Focusing on customer service, communicate effectively with customers orally by making public statements and providing safety and policy advice and timely data updates to ensure that the needs of our customers are addressed.
Uses superior judgement to perform safe and efficient flights on client aircraft.
Maintain a high level of knowledge in the following areas: Company Policy and Manuals, FAA Regulations, Operations Requirements and other technical data related to aircraft operations.
Maintain a high level of personal style, professional conduct and personal appearance.
Maintain currency requirements for health, education and hourly flight requirements.
Maintain knowledge of crew legal requirements and ensure prompt contact to Chief Pilot's Office where the status is at issue.
Maintain the required contact with maintenance and dispatch staff during flight operations.
Provide crew communications and crew incident reports to the Base Chief Pilot's office as needed or requested.
Attend company training activities to hold the currency in place.
Adhere to the authorised company uniform, company materials and flight kit as illustrated in the Flight Operations Manual (FOM). Including, but not limited to, dress code policy, standards for grooming, including no visible tattoos.
Provide the Chief Pilot's Office with any details on flight safety.

Qualifications:

High school graduation, GED or equivalent.
Have a valid passport and equivalent travel document in place to freely enter and exit all destinations where Endeavor Air flies.
Registered FAA First Class Medical Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Radio License
Must have an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) OR Ability to obtain an ATP or Restricted ATP Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
Good social and analytical abilities
Must be able to work any shift, including: days, nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to successfully pass a rigorous Agency, FAA and DOT mandatory pre-employment screening, criminal background checks, drug testing, motor vehicle driving record (MVR) and PRIA record checks.
4 Year College Degree in Aviation
Previous Part 121 Experience
Current enrollment and involvement in the STEP program at the specified university
Over the last three months, 50 hours plus flying turbine engine aircraft is a required.
