Job Summary:

Responsible for controlling and tracking, under management supervision, overall cargo terminal activities, processes, quality control and partner tools to achieve customer satisfaction, efficiency, regulatory compliance and economic objectives for all cargo handling services performed at International Airport.

Responsibilities:

Oversight / control personnel allocation, monitoring and absence
Control employee overtime and salary administration Maintain appropriate safety and quality requirements
Maintain up-to-date business and customer manuals and records Keep up-to-date with local emergency plan
Ensures that the level of service is achieved in compliance with business and consumer expectations.
Oversees the proper training for employees and affiliate workers.
Responsible for auditing on a regular, weekly, quarterly and annual basis to ensure compliance with quality standards, including customer service, freight terminal handling and aircraft handling operations.
Irregularity, discrepancy, and tracking / tracking tasks are monitored and handled.
Maintains records and notes on quality reporting.
Controls and monitors the handling of special and sensitive cargo shipments
Monitors, coordinates and directs, where necessary, the efforts of service partners to ensure that the requirements of regulatory authorities, government agencies and trade organizations are accurate and fully complied with.
Helps to identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales targets.
Promotes a collaborative and harmonious working environment that will contribute to optimal customer satisfaction, service partner morale, profitability and efficiency / efficiency.
Keep Branch Management promptly and thoroughly aware of any concerns or unusual problems of concern and take prompt corrective action where needed and suggest alternative courses of action that may be taken.
Performs other organizational or administrative duties which may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; one year to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends, holidays and days off.
Past logistics operations Supervision expertise, including planning, scheduling, and real-time operations plus.
Must have a valid driver license and be able to pass a 10-year background check.
Air cargo operation: 2 years (Preferred)
High school or equivalent (Required)
WA Driver (Required)
