Job summary:

This is a part of the Aircraft Records Team of the Unified Operations Department.
Responsible for the storage and preservation of all aircraft maintenance records, maintenance of as-maintained fleet configurations, execution of set-ups or compliance procedures within the TechOps program, and confirmation of the accuracy of the data generated by Aircraft Maintenance Technicians.

Responsibilities:

Works carried out on a computer system that maintains information to control aircraft / engine / component airworthiness
Control elements within the defined workflow for task execution and approval
Interfaces with various computer programs or applications for day-to-day work and task execution
Processes and checks maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness in the Tech Ops
Computer status updates and replies to all warnings
Identify and correct discrepancy records
Ensure prompt, reliable and coordinated updates
Processes System removal and installation records
Review and resolve incompatible aircraft information
Distributes and maintains documentation as specified by the FAA Policy
Sets / installs inspection criteria for computer systems

Qualifications:

Associates with a degree or comparable experience / training
Associates or graduates in technical or related fields or equivalent experience / education
Maintenance experience / knowledge (especially aircraft components and FAA Airworthiness Directives)
System competence in AA System Time Control or SCEPTRE

Skills:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office which includes Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Ability to be coordinated, attention to detail, high level of reliability in the work
Capacity to analyze and review using various computer system sources is helpful
Ability to work individually, as well as with team members; self-motivated
Ability to handle multiple tasks / priorities on a daily basis
Ability to function efficiently within time limits and still retain consistency
Ability to be analytical and problem solve; high level of attention to detail; outstanding organizational skills
