Handy, friendly, designer with the skills and experience of collaborating with our Team Leaders and Project Managers to lead the team through the team and documentation process, from Schematic Design to Construction Administration. Practice and growing accountability for medium-to large-scale projects were presumed.

Handy, friendly, designer with the skills and experience of collaborating with our Team Leaders and Project Managers to lead the team through the team and documentation process, from Schematic Design to Construction Administration. Responsibilities:
- Managing projects and project teams throughout all stages of design and construction.
- Implementing and implementing design solutions, from conceptual design to building papers.
- Review of the Code and specifications.
- Permitting / project submission of paperwork.
- Participation in project presentations and interviews.
- Managing the administration of construction.
- Expertise in both design-build and design-build projects and in one or more markets in the following markets-educational buildings, athletic facilities and/or multi-family mixed-use developments.
- Strong organizational skills, written / verbal communication skills and the ability to work easily with clients, team members, consultants and other design staff are also essential.
- The right candidate for this position will have both strong technical and leadership skills and will be ready to lead the construction projects as well as a talented team of people.
- Applicants must be qualified to use AutoCad, Architectural Revit and be able not only to produce quality construction documents on their own, but also to direct other production staff in the preparation of such documents.
- Applicants should be well versed in facilitating interdisciplinary coordination, developing professional communications and delivering presentations.
Qualifications:
- An accredited degree in academic architecture: B.Arch and M.Arch.
- 3-15 years of experience with an architectural firm, including high-end residential projects.
- Practice in meeting company requirements and managing consultants.
- Expertise in AutoCad and/or Revit required, Sketchup, MS Office and Adobe CS.
- Great design sensitivity and a strong portfolio. Hand sketch a plus.
- Good management, communication skills and attention to detail.
