This position is provided by the Module & Engineering Reliability Group of the company. We guide development teams towards the reliable design of new technology components. We are looking for someone to guide the reliable development of battery technology while meeting the following objectives.

This position is provided by the Module & Engineering Reliability Group of the company. We guide development teams towards the reliable design of new technology components. We are looking for someone to guide the reliable development of battery technology while meeting the following objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify high-risk failure modes early in the project life cycle
- Develop new experiments based on failure mechanics and any new user experiences that the new technology enables.
- Drive test equipment and test parameters that are critical for verification of reliability
- Direct vendors to meet test and reporting requirements
- Assess reliability by stress test information and failure analysis
- Provide guidance for root cause failure analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to complete experiments and solve problems unattended
- Flexibility and adaptability to new tasks
- Creative and "can do" attitude engineers who want to collaborate with a great team and brand.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Adept in statistical data analysis and accurate communication
- Good understanding of the physical properties of materials (mechanical, electrical and optical).
- Can-do attitude with a willingness to take ownership of and drive results.
- 1 + years of experience dealing with battery test equipment and battery production (as well)
- This position requires 3-10 years of experience in the contractor / engineering role of 1 + years of experience in battery testing or battery technology / manufacturing for B.S., M.S. Or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, EE or an equivalent area.
