Job Summary:
Civil architect who has a good knowledge of land development processes and specifications. This role offers structural engineering and design services to civil and multidisciplinary projects. Knowledge in drawing up all aspects of civil engineering design, including water, sewage, drainage, grading and road drawings, as well as knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, current national CAD specifications, and how to study local code requirements is required. This role is responsible for coordinating the various plan sheets, clean and legible layout, line weight control, etc. The position carries out research and prepares construction drawings and layouts that will be presented to clients. Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility for customer service is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Build design plans and detailed, ready-to-use oral instructions and written mark-ups by design engineer.
- Collaborate with other construction disciplines (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural) Research site information from different sources
- Review building data, state and local code specifications, and analyze survey data for accuracy.
- Build construction specifications that conform with the overall design purpose, are cost-effective and easily built.
- Prepare complete and concise design and construction drawings, including verification and coordination of details and dimensions.
- Conduct existing survey conditions
- Research materials for specific projects
- Continuous review and verification of documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in checking submissions and responding to requests for information.
- Associates degree or 5 years of experience in related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering projects
- Specialist in AutoCAD Civil 3D Knowledge of National CAD Standards
- Professional in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Powerpoint)
- Good oral and written communication abilities
- Great interpersonal skills Motivated people with good work ethic and honesty
